Colombia Wilder Lasso - Filter Roast
ABOUT THIS COFFEEThis coffee was produced by Wilder Lasso at Finca El Rubi in San Adolfo, Huila.
At a very young age Wilder left his home in San Adolfo to become a Vet and work with the best horse farms in Colombia. In 2014, Wilder visited his family farm in San Adolfo, and noticed the financial situation was not as steady as it used to be. He decided to move back to San Adolfo to help his family.
These days Wilder grows Striped Bourbon, Tabi and Pink Bourbon.
This coffee was carefully hand picked in order to use only the ripest cherries and pulped. The cherries were then placed insie grainpro bags and exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation for 65 hours, before being gently washed and dried on raised beds.
