Meeting Jairo
We first met Jairo Arcila in May 2026 at his coffee mill and export facility in Armenia. During our travels, we visited his farms; Santa Mónica, Villarazo, Castellan and Casa Negra - where the lush, rolling green hills are matched only by his passion for exceptional coffee.
For us, visiting origin is about more than buying coffee; it's about building genuine relationships with the people behind every harvest. Spending time with Jairo gave us a deeper appreciation for the care, innovation and experience that define his work.
